Head of Solution Architects at Ericsson Indonesia

Now, we are seeking for talented and passionate professionals to be part of a very dynamic and challenging environment as Head of Solution Architects (Code: H-SA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Solution Architect team within the Multimedia and Systems Integration department.
• Ensure resources, competence, utilization and performance of the solution architect team.
• Ensure quality and excellence of the solution architect deliverables and that the work is performed according to available processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Having at least 5-10 years experience in the telecom and/or IT domain. Background in the telecommunication industry preferably in the technical sales & consultancy capacity.
• Documented strong experience in leading and developing people and teams.
• Highly developed telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, Charging concepts, etc)
• Good knowledge in one or several domains: IN, Charging, Messaging, VAS, Multimedia and related Systems integration activities
• Highly developed Customer Orientation and Consultative Skills
• Strong ability to pro-actively identify add-on opportunities in relation to systems integration efforts and turn into business opportunities
• Highly Developed Communication skills (Presentation, Interpersonal and Influencing Skill)
• Highly developed English language, both written and spoken
