- Driven and motivated approach to work
- Age below 30 years old
- Minimum S1 graduate
- Up-to-date with current technology & target-oriented
- Good in English, written and oral
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Customer service and strong negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and mindset
- Preferably have own vehicle
- He/She should demonstrate excellent account planning, and selling skills with the ability To think and act strategically
- He/She should have outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- At least 3 years experience in enterprise sales. Sales experience in enterprise selling With major IT consulting companies will be an advantage
- Proven track record in complex solution selling
- Knowledge in Quintum, Microsoft and Cisco solutions will be an advantage
- Hunter personality, not an order-taker, demonstrated past success in meeting/exceeding Quotas & sales goals
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical
- Provide Technical support to qualified prospects
