IT System Ops Manager (IT-Sys-M)

Main Job Responsibility

Manage IT Infrastructure System & Operation such as Data Centre Operation, Backup System, Data Storage, Monitoring Tools, License Management & Service Desk.

Detail of Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operation of System & Operation of all equipment in IT Infrastructure
• Monitor overall project within IT infrastructure domain including the operation of ENMS, Database, Storage, Backup System, Unix/Wintel Environment as well as Data Centre issues
• Actively manage issue and changes by implementing change management process.
• To provide regular report database management, reports & documentations

Job qualification

• Engineering in IT, or Telecommunication, having at least 5 years experience in the same related fields
• Broad understanding of Infrastructure Technology (HP Product, IBM Product, SUN Product, Cisco Product, of ENMS, Database, Storage, Backup System, Unix/Wintel Environment)
• Understanding of ITsm, ITIL, SLA, KPI’s Formulas and experience in liaising with multi vendor scenario
• Good administration and management skill (planning, organizing, directing and controlling)
• Good Communication Skill, high interpersonal skill, able to work as a team
• Proficient in both verbal and written English
